Raspberry PI Pico and Pico W. Moving STDIO UART to different PINS

With Raspberry PI Debug Probe we frequently use STDIO over UART for telemetry and debugging. By default this is on GP0 and GP1. It can though be. moved to two location which may be better for your projects.
