Chocolate truffles: EASY and QUICK without cooking! 😋

INGREDIENTS 160g of dark chocolate  110g of milk chocolate  160ml (3/5 cup) of fresh liquid cream  Cocoa powder  Grated coconut  Chopped pistachios Chocolate flakes  Hazelnuts  METHOD  1. In a bowl, pour the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and fresh cream. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted, creating a thick cream.  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 3. Once the time has passed, whip the mixture with an electric mixer until you get a compact and workable result. 4. Now you can form your truffles. Using a spoon, shape the mixture into balls, inserting a hazelnut inside. Shape with your hands and dip into your favorite decorations.  5.
