To connect your PS4 controller to your PC. You'll need to turn on the controller and have it availably for bluetooth syncing. Then you'll need to go into the settings of your PC. You need to make sure that the settings in any of your games enable your PS4 controller to be used. In Steam, I had to go to the settings to enable PS4 configuration.
