INGREDIENTS (for a 23x10cm pound cake mold) 3 eggs 100g (1/2 cup) sugar 130ml vegetable oil 250g plain yogurt 310g (2 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour 16g baking powder Vanilla extract 2 apples METHOD 1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. 2. Once you have a light mixture, add the yogurt and vegetable oil, and continue mixing with an electric whisk. 3. Now you can add the flour and mix with the whisk until you get a creamy mixture. Incorporate the baking powder and vanilla extract. 4. Peel one apple and cut it into cubes, then add it to the batter. 5. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and butter it. Pour the batter in and arrange the apple slices on top in a row. 6.
