Chocolate and hazelnuts bundt cake: easy and delicious without using butter!

INGREDIENTS 2 eggs 110g (1/2 cup) of sugar 10g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar 130g (1/2 cup) of yogurt 110ml (1/2 cup) of milk 90ml (1/2 cup) of vegetable oil 190g (1 1/2 cups) of flour 16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder 40g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder 70g of chocolate chips Chopped hazelnuts Chocolate (melted) METHOD 1. In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and whisk to dissolve the sugar. Add the yogurt, milk, and vegetable oil, and sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Whisk to combine and form the no-lumps mixture. Add the chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts and mix to incorporate. 2. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (24cm - mold size) and add the chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts on top. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 35 minutes. 3. Serve the cake on a serving plate and decorate it with melted chocolate.
