This tutorial is for those people who need scanned photocopy of their citizenship certificate but don't have scanner. In such case we can click photographs of our citizenship certificate and edit in photoshop to get final scanned copy. Step 1: Click pictures of your citizenship certificate using camera or mobile(both front and back side individually) (tip: it is recommended to use white paper beneath your citizenship certificate while clicking picture, this will make editing easier) Step 2: Transfer pictures to your computer, rotate if necessary Step 3: Open photoshop Step 4: press ctrl+n to create new file. Step 5: in preset choose international paper and size a4 and click ok Step 6: right click the photograph and then open with photoshop. Step 7: Press ctrl+a to select the whole photo ctrl+c to copy ctrl+tab to change window and then ctrl+v Step 8: Repeat step 6 and step 7 for next side too Step 9: press ctrl+t to transform(resize) each pictures as u like Step 10: Save the picture in jpeg format and you are done
