INGREDIENTS 2 eggs 180g (3/4 cup + 2 1/2 tbsp) of sugar 1 tsp of baking soda 250g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour 40g (1/3 cup) of cocoa powder 100g of hazelnuts 40g (3 tbsp) of soft butter   METHOD 1. Mix the flour, sifted cocoa powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. 2. In another large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a spoon until well combined. 3. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, continuing to mix until a homogeneous dough forms. 4. Add the butter and keep kneading until it is fully incorporated into the dough. Finally, add the hazelnuts. 5. Transfer the dough to a work surface and continue kneading with a handful of flour. Form two logs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes. 7. Once they are warm, cut the logs into cookies using a bread knife. 8.
