The integral of secant cubed is probably the hardest of the simple integrals. It's totally doable, but requires a lot of different techniques and then not making any mistakes as you use them: integration by parts, using a trig identity, a clever antiderivative, and a whole lot of negative signs hanging around. It's not pretty. Then again, if you watch to nearly the end, I tell you an easy way to remember it!
