This is an unsafe act and it is a complete violation of compressed gas safety procedures for handling pressurized cylinders. Cylinders should be moved only on chained designated trolleys in order to prevent fall ,here cylinder cap missing... if the cylinder nozzle breaks during handling or a fall it will act as a missile.... Which you can see in this video...and we can't predict the direction where it may fly, it is as same as an inflated balloon released from hand and I hope this company has learnt a lesson after this incident and believe that they have taken necessary actions to prevent incidents and accidents in future.
