Although much of what you see here is aimed at custom cabinetry manufacturers, the principles used in Lean, Flow and Theory of Constraints work extraordinarily well in any business that is composed of a series of dependent events. With over 30 years as an entreprenerd and having owned multiple businesses, I have developed a unique skill set (which does not include bow hunting or being able to track you down and kill you with my bare hands, although my skills do include a little computer hacking), that includes IT and Tech Support along with some pretty mean skills in Identifying, Elevating and Breaking Constraints.
